Overcapacity prompts small U.S. airlines to drop out of Cuba

Just months after they began service to Cuba, Silver Airways and Frontier Airlines are abandoning the island, citing overcapacity. The seat capacity granted by U.S. authorities last year represented four times the number of actual travelers. Previous Top Stories
