Analysis: Biden on crash course with upcoming Summit

The Summit of the Americas Conference, planned for June 6-10 in Los Angeles, is set to become one of the most conflictive meetings of the countries of the Western Hemisphere. Two reasons: first, because the Biden administration decided to exclude Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua; the second is a no less conflictive agenda.
