CUBA STANDARD — A small Canadian company is among the first foreign investors to build and operate solar parks outside the Mariel Development Zone.

Deltro Group Ltd. has started construction of a solar park in Cienfuegos province, a Foreign Trade and Investment Ministry official suggested in a tweet.
