Miami judge dismisses Helms-Burton suit against Chinese wind turbine maker

CUBA STANDARD — A Miami judge dismissed a Helms-Burton lawsuit that has the potential of dragging China deeper into the U.S.-Cuba conflict.

Miami Circuit Judge Darrin P. Gayles found the complaint too vague, but gave the plaintiff a chance to amend its claims.
